Community Partners for Affordable Housing became the asset manager for Metzger Park Apartments in the Fall of 1996. Day to day operations of the 32 unit complex (one, two, and three bedroom units) are managed by Cascade Management.
CPAH has made a number of improvements on the property over the past two decades, including:
- Stream bank stabilization project in the area along Ash Creek (completed with assistance from Clean Water Services and Washington County's Office of Community Development) to help minimize flood possibilities and stabilize the buildings for the long run.
- Replacing the children’s outdoor play structure.
- Resurfacing the parking lots and replacing the roof and gutters.
- Most recently, in 2015, Metzger Park underwent an extensive rehabilitation project. Renovations included new siding, windows, plumbing and improved ventilation for all units, (including bathroom fans and PTAC units), along with accessibility improvements around the site.
