Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH) provides safe and healthy affordable housing along with support and skill building activities for individuals and families with the greatest need who live or work in the Tigard-Tualatin area, Beaverton and SW Portland, Oregon.
CPAH owns seven apartment complexes which provide housing for families at 60% or less of the Portland metropolitan area median income:

The Barcelona is moving forward! The Barcelona at Beaverton, a four-story affordable housing project (47 units) to be developed by Community Partners for Affordable Housing, is one of two projects slated to be built in Old Town Beaverton – along with a five-story retail-commercial-market rate housing project developed by RKM Development Inc.
The two projects are planned for the block located between SW Lombard and Chapman avenues and First and Second streets in Beaverton, and construction on The Barcelona is slated to begin fall 2014.
